We covered a lot of different topics in today's "don't let the shopping interfere with the conversation" mission for the ever friendly Mr T. I can't recall how we eventually got on to the subject of coastal towns and cities of England and Scotland ending in "-mouth", but neither of us were convinced there is a River Plym...until a quick search using the trusty phone confirmed there is - and so it proved to be yet another school day interspersed with a productive visit to Lidl to get all his treasure for the week.

Knowing that Mr T is (a) from north of the border and (b) occasionally partial to a wager, I couldn't leave without asking him whom he favoured to win this Saturday's Calcutta Cup match...but he wouldn't be drawn on the outcome...I sense we already have our next topic of discussion.
