So... I hit 500 good deeds today and i'm so pleased to have had such a fantastic day with Claire.
We started off at the track running an intervals session, then headed off to Black Park for a litter pick and wreath making session with our task owner Laura..
A bit of lunch was consumed in between all this fitness and doing good

To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community
Slough CVS exists to support and develop the voluntary sector in Slough
