Beaulieu acts as a keystone resource to facilitate community development. It is a valuable venue for many diverse groups that deliver a range of user-led activities creating opportunities for social, leisure and personal development.

This week we'll be cleaning windows at Beaulieu Community Centre.

It's about 3.5km from our meeting point to Beaulieu, and the good news is that it's downhill on the way home.

If you've never been to GoodGym before you'll be very welcome, and if you've not been in a while, it would be great to see you. We run at chatty pace, and we have a back marker so no-one gets left behind.

There is parking available at our meeting point at The Old Factory Gym, and we also have use of their toilets and lockers. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.

Options are available to run between 7km and 7km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
