Catton Grove Community CentreJoin us for a special session celebrating This Girl Can's Move10 campaign
Women across the country are taking on the Move for 10 Challenge together, discovering that moving more doesn't have to be a chore. Sometimes, just 10 minutes is enough to get started.
Whether it's a brisk walk round the block, dancing in the kitchen, playing with the kids or trying a quick home workout, every movement counts.
If life has got in the way of being active, you're not alone. Finding time isn't always easy, and it can be hard to know where to start.
That's why Move for 10 is all about keeping things simple. Just 10 minutes of movement, 10 times over a month, in whatever way works for you.
What we'll be doing
There is plenty of clearing and cutting back to do at Catton Grove Community Centre.
This vibrant community venue supports over 250 people each week living within a mile a of the centre.
Please bring your own gloves, and it will be getting darker so bring a head torch if you have one.
We'll meet at The Forum at 6pm, or you can meet at the task at 6.30pm (Jewson Road, NR3 3RQ). It's approximately 3km each way.
