18:30 - 20:00Tonight we will be helping out Wild Chiswick, a community-based not-for-profit organisation with the aim of increasing awareness of the wildlife around Chiswick.
We will be in the allotments - founder Jo has said there is lots to be done, so if you have a pair of gardening gloves please bring them along!
We'll follow this with a short fitness session.
There is no where to store bags but loos you can use to change at our start location. There is a back marker so nobody is ever left behind. All welcome! Drop me an email if you have any questions.

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
