Ocean Youth ConnexionsTower Hamlets Community Transport Hub based in Newell St is now home to Ocean Youth Connexions offices, the organisation's base for training and admin.
(Ocean Youth Connexions was founded in September 2000, by a group of local volunteers of the Ocean Estate, supported by government funding from the regeneration programme, New Deals for Communities.
Ocean Youth Connexions offers a wide range of activities from generic youth club sessions to community fun days, sports training, study support and cycling sessions).
We've been helping organisation lead, Kamal, over the summer with giving the centre a bit of a makeover.
Today we'll be raking and bagging leaves, to make the area safer and more welcoming, as well as continuing to paint the new offices.
