It's group run night and we'll be going to our local Tiny Forest to do some weeding. A bit about Tiny Forest:

Tiny Forest brings the benefits of woodland right into the heart of our cities and urban spaces: connecting people with nature, helping to mitigate the impacts of climate change, as well as providing nature-rich habitat to support urban wildlife.

New to GoodGym Southwark?

We know it can be daunting coming to your first group run, but we are a nice welcoming bunch! All abilities welcome, whether you're a new runner or have been running for years.

📍 Meet at Old Spike Roastery for the run OR at the task Tiny Forest in Peckham Rye Park

⌚ 18:45 at Old Spike. If meeting at task, be there for 19:10. We will be back at Old Spike Roastery by 20:30.

🎒 There will be access to Old Spike Roastery, so you can drop your bags and use their toilets before we head out.

🏃🏃‍♀️ We will be running around Peckham Rye Park, roughly 3k there and 1k back. There will be a back marker to ensure no one gets left behind.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Old Spike Roastery, and Old Spike Roastery and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
