It's international womans Day tomorrow do a Big shout out to all the female volunteers at parkrun and Goodgym . This week we had Jeanette and Dave at watermead and Martin at Abbeypark and Ashley at Melton welldone all.

Today we had 2 goodgymers who gave up there time so parkrun could go ahead we had Abul and Martin at abbeypark well done both 👏

It was the Chinese lunar new year this week the year of the horse 🐎 and riding to the rescue for goodgym this week we had Ian,Jimmy and Sheila at Braunstone we had Jeanette and Dave at Watermead and we had Martin at Abbeypark as well this week 😀 welldone all.

We had Big Love today at parkrun we were prepared for Big numbers at abbeypark where Martin was and we got Big numbers at Braunstone we had Jimmy and Ian spreading the Love ❤️ for parkrun today well done all.

We had lots of Rain 🌧 this week in Leicester but we still had Martin at Abbeypark and Ian at Braunstone making the world 🌎 a better place ❤️ by volunteering at parkrun.

Today at abbeypark we had a bore hole dug at the start line so they can start refilling the Lake also Martin was volunteering. At watermead we had Katy,Dave and Dan volunteering. At Braunstone we had Jimmy and Ian volunteering well done everyone 👏 👍 👌 😀
