Tonight we were back litter picking! The shirt notice change of our main task gave us a chance to clear the city centre streets.
We collected 2 full bags, found a little Uruguay flag, had a great social catchup as we picked, and even made sure the self-proclaimed narrowest street in the world (Parliament Street) was clear.

Today we finally got to enjoy the lighter evening without the rain and had a lovely litter pick quayside. After a little run together we covered a few kms and filled a couple of bags. Plus it’s always nice to catch up!

This evening we were back in the park picking litter - it’s always a great way to socialise and catchup. After filling two bags and admiring the sunset, we celebrated a birthday and even inspired a few locals to try a quiet drink in the bar with us. One thing was left lingering tonight though - jam on a hot cross bun? Yes or no??

Two runners had a catch up and picked up litter in the city centre. There was alot of takeaway rubbish out there and plenty of people about due to half term and the football.
