Promoting health & well-being to people aged 50+
LinkAge Plus is an innovative for people aged 50+ living in Tower Hamlets. We work with people isolated and vulnerable adults to improve their well being and increase their social networks and opportunities. We offer one to one support, benefits advice. We deliver a weekly activities on site and off site. These include IT, Exercise, Film club, darts, coffee mornings, trips and more.53 GoodGymers have supported LinkAge Plus Project with 39 tasks.
