Keith and Lea cycled to Christchurch quay to help with the setting up for VE day celebrations. Lea has always hated bunting with a vengeance and now… even more so! I don’t know if it is the Dutchness in Lea, but the untidiness of bunting gives her the creeps. Keith, on the other hand, was happily bunting away even on the grandstand!! Luckily we got away before the actual celebrations began: judging by all the microphones and amplifiers it is going to go with a bang tonight.

Final day of Elf duty for Goodgymmers Keith and Lea, jeepers was it cold! But all the singing and dancing and shaking the buckets soon warmed us up. Again plenty money raised for the Westbourne Rotary.

Keith and Lea did another stint with Westbourne Rotary Santa. Heavy buckets full of coins, lots of steps and happy kiddies’ faces, and adult ones as well…. Time well spent with a happy Rotary team.

Two Goodgymmers, Keith and lea, turned into Elf Helpers again today. They walked along Santa’s sleigh to collect money for the Westbourne Rotary, who will distribute the money to various charities. With thick socks and gloves and mild weather, it was a tad warm tonight… This is the fourth of six Santa sleigh rides before Christmas. Fancy signing up?!

Another Santa’s sleigh ride with Goodgym elves. Three Goodgymmers, well actually “four”… a tinyGoodgymmer to be in the tum, Chloe, Keith and Lea, turned up at Vitality Stadium to go round the streets in Boscombe to collect money for charity. Keith was in a particularly bright mood: all lit up with lights in sync with the Christmas music. Quite a long night tonight, but judging by the weight of the buckets: plenty money raised again!

Again turning into Santa’s helpers, Keith and Lea had a lovely, albeit wet, time collecting more money for Westbourne Rotary. Judging by the weight of the money buckets and all the lovely shiny eyes of the kiddies AND the adults, it was another successful evening for Santa and the Rotary. The rain setting in towards the end didn’t dampen our spirits. You might want to sign up for one of the upcoming four evenings. I can highly recommend!
