We met on a frosty Sunday morning to help out at Acton Junior parkrun, a weekly timed 2k event for 4-14 year olds. parkrun relies on volunteers so they were very happy to have us along to help this week! Harvey lead the juniors in a warm up, Liv and Ben were the delicate timekeepers, Lucy and Alexandra expertly barcode scanned, Phil C handed out finishing tokens and Claire, Alan and Phill T were encouraging marshals! We welcomed through 33 finishers on Acton junior parkrun's 175 event. What lovely way to start of our Sunday!

A beautiful Saturday morning saw a large contingent of runners descend on Fulham Palace to help rake away some cut up bramble and Ivy, ready for another tidy before spring kicks into high gear.

We welcomed several new faces to Goodgym and several tourists from out and around, it was lovely to see you all and hope to see you all again soon.

Pretty sure today was the first day I'd actually seen the sun and not just overcast clouds? Or was that just me?
