Bath Report written by Sam Ollason
Runners from GG Bath and Bristol got together over Zoom for a virtual fitness session.
This week we improvised some weights using items around the house. Some of us used water bottles, some of us used dumbbells and some of us used wine bottles! It was a good way to do some strength training as a group.
Thanks for coming along and please let us know if you have any feedback! See you next week.

Bath Report written by Sam Ollason
To keep fit as a community in these difficult social distancing times, GoodGym Bath hosted a virtual fitness session using Zoom. In total we had 9 runners exercising together and it was great fun!
We used the letters for 'GOODGYM BATH' using the poster attached to guide our workout. In fact, we were feeling ambitious so we actually did the 'BATH' part twice. The hardest part for me was the burpees and then the 45 second high knees (and then doing them again!). I was sore this morning!
Please let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions - we want to keep improving it for you!
Special thanks to Emily for remembering to keep count - I kept on forgetting!
Now more than ever we need to keep together as a community to help motivate each other to take care of our physical and mental health, so thanks to those of you who joined in to make this a success.
We will be running this at the same time next week. Routine to be confirmed but it will be using body weight, it will include lots of cardio and it will be about 35 minutes in duration. Hope to see you there.
See you tomorrow at the GG virtual pub quiz and next Tuesday for the next fitness session!
