There's always some pain, always some stress, and always some questioning of what life is all about when your take on something as hard as a Marathon. We know that getting started, and keeping going, can be challenging at times so England Athletics have worked with Mind to recruit Mental Health Ambassadors for you to #RunandTalk with. Ben has volunteered to be one such individual.
