The weather did not deter the amazing runners and walkers at Storeys Field parkrun this morning 💪
GoodGymers supported by marshaling and handing out finish tokens. We may have got soaked, but we were still smiling ☔

Another wonderful evening spent with Caroline and Harriet at Fox Den Community Allotment, supporting Abbey People.
As well as giving everything a good water and thinning the positively thriving tomato plants, our main job was harvesting. We collected a bounty of beans and beetroot! There were actually four types of bean, including pink broad beans, which we'd not seen before - beautiful and delicious. 🫛 Special note to the perfect teeny tiny tomato.🍅
We look forward to returning soon!

Maintaining the allotment in good condition ensures it's a great space for the local community to enjoy - many of whom don't have their own gardens or growing spaces.

Caroline has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Caroline is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Caroline earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🥇

Caroline earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Caroline completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Caroline was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

It was smiles all round at Milton Country parkrun this morning.
Brilliant to welcome Caroline for her first GoodGym community mission 🙌
I was cheering on the amazing runners and walkers battling the heat, and Caroline was on token sorting duty, having completed her run - very impressive! A treat to use the bespoke token holders, 3D printed especially for Milton parkrun.
