We made great progress at the 3 Pigeons Plot. It was amazing to see how much had changed since our last visit just a month ago, with lots more plants now in flower.

We got stuck into weeding, both in the borders and the lawn, and we also did a bit of litter picking to help keep everything looking its best.

It was also great to welcome Helen to her first task with us. Her plant knowledge was much appreciated and definitely came in handy!

We'll be back at the 3P’s again on Monday to carry on with a few more jobs. Please come along and join us if you’re free!

A beautiful warm morning welcomed 4 GGers from Richmond for a task of sprucing up the Greenwood Community Centre off Hampton Hill high street.

We were shown the tools and task focus by task owner Graham and we got to work. New joiner Esther and JP focused on weeding the front area including car park, while Suze and Manuela did an astonishingly quick job of weeding the side passageway.

We started sweeping up and found to our surprise that we were able to fill 2 black bin liners, grabbing the last few straggling weeds as we went.

A great job done and a big warm welcome to Esther - we hope to see you again soon!
