Just like Mary Poppins, tonight's task was Practically Perfect!
10 GoodGymmer's ran or cycled 6km to EACH store on Aylsham Road. In the build up to Xmas, the store are promoting their 'Perfect Gift' campaign this week - a selection of brand new boxed donations that have been received throughout the year.
The task was categorising items by colour / gender / children's gifts, and creating displays on designated shelves throughout the shop. In 1 hour we had emptied and arranged 8 large boxes full of gifts, well done team!
Lets hope the Perfect Gifts are snapped up quickly - all donations go towards ensuring the best possible quality of life, and making every moment count for children and families across East Anglia.

Grace Chilton has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Grace is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

It was Quiz Night at Alfred Nichols Ct in Norwich.
There are limited activities or events available at this venue, so tonight's session gave local residents the opportunity to come together for a social evening.
With 14 GoodGymer's & 8 residents, we split into 4 teams, for rounds of London Facts, Marine life, Famous Faces & Music Intros! Shout out to Priscilla attending her first session.
Halfway through we stopped for refreshments - provided by Norwich City Council. And after a few contested answers... we announced the winning team this week 'Untold Stories'.
I'm pleased to learn it is in fact illegal to feed the birds in Trafalgar Square!
Well done everyone, we will aim to come back here soon.

At GoodGym we are celebrating This Girl Can's Move10 campaign - keeping things simple. 10 minutes of movement, 10 times over a month, in whatever way works for you.
"We are the movers and shakers of the world for ever."
It was our last Monday at Mousehold of the year, just before it gets too dark - but don't worry we're heading back for a few Saturday sessions if you missed out!
Always a favourite task - with 19 GoodGymers attending, Will lead us all to the area needing work. Pulling braken to allow other plant species to grow, and carrying piles across the heath.
We spread out into 3 areas, it was a very social evening and rewarding to see how much of difference it made!
Shout outs to Gemma, Rachel and Lizzie all completing their first Good Deed!
Will kindly treated us to some tasty snacks, which was a lovely way to finish the evening as the night drew in.
Dig out those headtorches for next week folks!
