Tonight 7 GoodGymer's & 16 residents joined in Summer Quiz at Edmund Bacon Court.

We split up into 4 teams, to tackle 4 rounds of questions on 'Summer', 'Trivia', 'Pictures' & 'Who am ?' - the birth names of famous artists!

We took a break halfway through for teas and biscuits, while discussing any contentious marking!

It was a tight contest, with 2 teams tied in second place... but the winning team the week was the Misfits! Each member took home a bar of chocolate.

A really fun evening, and a great opportunity for people of all ages to chat and socialise. Thanks once again to Dawn and the residents for having us. We will be back!

A super quick mission helping Mrs. L get some bulky waste to the pavement for a collection tomorrow morning, Mrs. L was very happy with the quick results.

A nice bit of mowing and trimming of the grass in the sun. Mr. M was super happy with the results and Bobby and Woody made quick work of the lawn and edges.

Tonight 10 GoodGymer's headed to 35th Sea Scouts in Mousehold.

The original plan had been to spray paint tyres that would be used as planters. But with rain falling heavily during the day we decided to focus on the outdoor grounds instead.

The sun came out as we looked out over one of the best views of the city below us. The team spread out to pull up bracken that had sprung up amoungst the wild flowers and fennel. In an hour we had filled 15 bags and left them underneath the sheltered storage area.

It was great to be back here, and we hope to return when the venue is next available.

Tonight 8 GoodGymer's joined 14 residents at Alfred Nichol Court for a Quiz Night!

While running 6km to the venue on a warm evening, we found a man lying on the floor, so we stopped to check he was ok and helped him onto his feet.

After arriving we split into 3 teams to test our knowledge of Geography, Cuisine, Famous Faces & Movie One-liners. Stopping for a break halfway for tea & biscuits.

Once the results were in, we announced the winning team - 'All the gear, no-eye-deer'! Taking home the winning prize, a scented candle!

It was a great evening bringing local residents together. Hopefully we will be back for another social evening in a few months time.

It was a tropical day in Norwich, and we had to switch tasks at the last minute!

Thankfully Wild Lakenham came to our rescue, meeting us at the top of Lakenham Way with litter pickers and bin bags.

From there, 4 GoodGymer's walked and talked the full length of the path - 3km in total. After 1 hour we had filled an extra large bag with various items of rubbish.

Shout out to Maria who attended her first group run, as a professional wrestler she had no trouble tackling any trash.
