A delightful afternoon spent clearing the first half of Mr D's garden. It was full of weeds on both sides and took some serious attacking to get clear. A whole industrial bag full.
Mr D. was initially quite quiet but by the end came out and had a good chat with me, I think the garden clearing really helped him feel more relaxed, he was straight on the phone as I left telling people about how he could access his shed now.

A nice task in the sun trimming back a wild privet at the edge of Mrs. A’s garden.
Mrs A was delighted with the result and it took nearly two garden bins to fit the cuttings in.
For the benefit of the pun the privet has been named Ryan
Tue 14th Apr at 2:00pm
This will help Mrs A in her preparations to move into housing with care, following a rapid decline in her health

Tonight we returned to Alfred Nichols Court, running 6km for an Easter Quiz!
This session was organsied as a way to bring local residents together in the communal hall, which is often unused.
The 7 GoodGymer's and 10 residents split into 3 teams to test knowledge of history, Easter facts, pictures & music trivia. We stopped half way to share refreshments provided by Norwich City Council.
The winning team named 'Divorced, Beheaded, Died, Divorced, Beheaded, Survived' took the prize of Easter Eggs & Malteaser's!
It was a really fun evening, with residents already looking forward to having us back.

A cloudy day for a task, but not too rainy and quite nice to work in.
I visited Mrs J and was asked if I could help shape some hedges, back to a dome shape which was quite pleasing to look at, alongside some other tasks beginning to clear some Ivy that has taken over Mrs J's back garden. Finally a bit of tidying up.
It was a fun task to do, but there's a lot more Ivy to tackle yet!
