10 GoodGymers dodge the Wednesday rain to make a big difference in Camden!
This was our second time in two weeks at Kentish Town's Greenwood Centre and it was a much chillier occasion than last Wednesday's heat soaked evening!
Not that that deterred this lovely group of active altruists!
Together they got stuck straight in and made light work of an ambitious project!
Having filled umpteen sandbags, cut a giant hole in a pot, and positioned a sun-loving tree, this group proceeded to stack the sandbags in neat (yet creative) uniformity, leaving an installation fit for Chelsea!
Thank you, everyone!

Hana earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Hana completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Hana was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Thursday 28th May

Hana has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Hana is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

12 GoodGymers climbed into the rooftop breeze during Wednesday's heat wave!
We were back at the Greenwood Centre in Kentish town this week.
A regular haunt for us since January, we turned up to work the final touches ahead of the many gardens' public tours in early June!
And while we've been here in the cold and the wet and the dark of winter, we've never been here in a smoking heat wave!..
...until last night!
And so our wonderful group arrived in hats and sunscreen and with plenty of water to boot!
We welcomed Hana (on their first good deed – welcome!) as well as many wonderful regular faces: Caitlin, Ellen, Emilie, Gary, John, Jackie, Karen, Lydia, Siobhan, and Theo!
The group did so much that it was impossible for me to keep up, but I do know that we left our host Catherine feeling very pleased about the fantastic work everyone did!
And... with Karen's birthday around the corner... Ellen provided sweet celebrations with fabulous cake and strawberries! Thank you, Ellen! Happy Birthday, Karen!
Thank you, everyone! Here's to next time!
