Steph led the run round the stadium and to the task. We were then met by Matt and Deirdre. A very friendly task owner who enthused about his car park-cum-allotment.

We all got stuck in with the compost heap, bagging up dry branches and pristine soil. We tackled most of the first heap before time was up. I'm sure we'll be back.

Had a nice catchup with Ms F. Was going on to the summer party nearby so an ideal combo. The big Waitrose is open again so struggled round that trying to find the usuals after the refurb. Digital labels now which is a bit fancy.

A very active task to start the week. Half the group wheelbarrowed woodchip while the rest of us emptied some compost bins. Algae removed from the pool too. We all came together towards the end to finish building the compost heap. Thanks for having us Eslam.
