We split into groups to help Bedford Fields with their to-do list. Tasks included litter picking, gravel path laying, and breaking down old mushroom growth kits for compost!

Nozmul Miahmad has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Nozmul is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Lovely session at Meanwood Farm covering wheel hoeing, compost turning, compost carrying and weeding!!
This was our first task of the year which became fully dark, hi viz and headtorches needed from now on!
There were lots of new faces last night. Welcome to Goodgym and hope to see you all again soon.
Winning TV series from intros were Traitors, Ted Lasso and theres some anime fans in the group.
