Rosalyn is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Rosalyn completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Rosalyn was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

What a glorious morning gardening in the sunshine with residents of Cherry Hinton Care Home. 🪻
It was brilliant to welcome GoodGymers Nik and Rosalyn for their first community mission.💪
We spent time sprucing up the herb garden, replenishing the bird baths, and planting up some bee-friendly flowers, supporting biodiversity in the garden. Joined by residents M and R, we learned a lot about the different plant varieties thanks to M's encyclopaedic knowledge of flowers. There really was a lovely sense of community and even some delicious cake! ☀️
