Lorraine & Swazi arrived and were invited in to meet Mrs R who explained what work she’d like done. The garden space had become overgrown with weeds and needed tidying up. Thankfully most of the work was possible without tools so working hard for an hour and a half the garden was much tidier and there were a lot of bags ! A kindly neighbour offered to take the bags away so now Mrs R can sit in her garden and plant some pretty plants again. Mission accomplished !

Mrs R would like to enjoy sitting in her garden. She used to enjoy gardening but has found it difficult to continue in the last few months.

Mrs E cannot get out of the house easily so is unable to do any gardening at all. Clearing the garden a little would make a massive difference to her. It would also allow her garden to fit in with her neighbours who all have very tidy gardens.

2nd mission of the day for Swazi and I - more gardening but luckily much less rain than our previous mission. Mrs J let us know what to do and then we had a lovely chat with her afterwards.
Oh and I forgot to take a photo so here's one I borrowed earlier!

Three of us arrived to help Mr R tidy up the garden. We strimmed, weeded, cleared and generally tidied until the rain got the better of us. The sun came out for a while which was a relief. Four bags of garden waste later we packed up and Mr R thanked us. Mission accomplished !!
