Its always nice doing a Walk Together session, especially when the weather is good and going past some gorgeous areas! Just check out some of those pictures!
Was amazing having 8 people at the session with Yazid at their first session and getting to welcome Lindsay & Sammi back for their first sessions in a while.
When walking through Crabtree Plantation Charli, Yazid and myself may have got a little distracted by the playground, where we all managed to get ourselves tangled up.
Make sure to check out the other Rambler Run sessions in the area here https://www.bvaction.org.uk/wellbeingwalks
Monday 13th April

Tazmin Getgood earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Tazmin completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Tazmin was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

We joined with the Walk N Talk team for their normal Monday afternoon walk from the War Memorial Park.
It was great, so many nice people and and great conversations all followed by a coffee at the Park Social.
These walks happen every week so please check them out here https://walkntalk4mentalhealth.org/walk-locations/
Photo will be updated when we receive it

Last nights session at the Rucstall Community Centre was great, Evelyn, Tazmin & I met at the Social Club before walking to the Community Centre where Samantha & Charli met us.
The mission for the day was to clear the back patio of weeds, blackberrys and leaves to make it a usable space. We managed to smash this job in less than an hour making a huge difference to the space!
So on the way back we decided to do some litter picking through War Memorial Park, and then had a well earned dinner and drinks from the Basingstoke Sports & Social Club.
