Friday morning visit to VGCC to help setup, set tables, display veg, meat, drinks, in preparation for guest arrival.

Mr B invited me into his flat, we got to work sorting through a large collection of books and magazines and placed them on his shelf. This helped create walking space in his flat for him to get around.

The delivery did not arrive while we were on site therefore we instead assisted the team with portioning washing powder and other sundry items, ready for pickup by guests.

Inspite of a delayed train, I arrived at the same time as the delivery van, packed spaghetti alongside another volunteering and stored perishables in the fridge followed by a arm cup of tea. Another great visit at VGCC.

I was greeted by Ms N who had all her tools ready. Her little garden needed some plants with sharp leaves removed as well as weeds and a bit of sweeping at the front of her home. All removed items were packed and stored in the garden. She will donate the spiky plants to an acquaintance.
