A dynamic team of Good Gymers did what every slightly obsessive GoodGymer dreams of for their Friday evening and created order out of chaos at The Island, a mere stones throw from HQ.
We discovered that Egg has an obsessive approach to organising paper by colour (pink, cerise, crushed beetle, who knows??) and a glitter phobia (which was seriously challenged over the course of the task!), and Katy can wind wool faster than a loom. She won the award for creating the most order from the most chaos by balling up string which had been used to make spider webs.
We got to ten minutes from the end and the stress started to pile on with a significant amount of web left despite a lot of string having been sorted.
When we got to the point of categorising into ‘big felt and little felt’ we felt we had reached an extreme.
We had two exercise bikes to construct, Mitch and Pete and Max did a wonderful job of making them work backwards which Kate and Amy enjoyed pointing out (first time Kate has got on a bike for two years, it came backwards really quickly).
Sam got stuck into labelling things, until she realised that the chicken in the bath was missing.
Who’s got the chicken in the bath? Have you thrown away the chicken in the bath?
This prompted a chicken hunt and created a label waiting list until the bathing chicken had been located.
Louise got stuck into her seventeenth mission of 2020 while Leanne celebrated her new 500 mission t-shirt!
