Tuesday 24th September
Report written by Melanie Young (she/her)
A very balanced group of 4 running GoodGymmers and 4 walking GoodGymmers set of for Emmaus in the dry after one of the wettest 24 hours I think I've ever seen.
Charlie met us and showed us the two overflowing cages to be sorted into saleable, usable, PATable and recycling. The recycling won hands down but some quality finds were evident as ever.
We know that overcoming homelessness often means more than a roof over your head. That’s why we support people to work their way out of homelessness, providing meaningful work as well as a stable home for as long as someone needs it.
