Here we are in 2026, first of the month and the January challenge. No time for resting, we hit the ground running, walking and cycling in Cardiff.

Blwyddyn Newydd Dda

Tonight was all about litter picks, as we were around the city tidying and showing our goodgym colours.

We had our first timer, Sam join Michael.

CROESO

With plenty of time to chat, Michael and Sam started at Sport Wales making their way through parts of the park that were lit. Then onto Riverside opposite the Principality Stadium, where we received thanks from local residents for helping to keep their community clean.

You are Welcome

Time vanished quicker than expected and it was time to bid farewell and head home. It was really lovely to meet you Sam, and we hope that you join us on one of our regular goodgym Tuesday tasks too.

I other news..... Nathan was out litterpicking his local community, and keeping our green spaces rubbish free.

And Flo, also out but with additional recycling of items found. All those green points for goodgymers already.

So proud of our start to the January challenge, with 4 bags removed from green spaces and waterways. Let's keep CARDIFF clean.
