It rained hard as the Marshals arrived and took up position. Thank goodness at 08.45 it stopped and what a lovely bright, crisp morning it turned out to be. The mud took it’s toll, many bodies took the mud, many bodies really needed a hose down, but 176 people made it out of bed and made their way around this 5K course. Rebecca (and Emrys) were Funnel manager, Elizabeth barcode scanners, Simon was number checker so at least he ran about checking the numbers corresponded 😀 it started to feel colder. Hot chocolate afterwards and home to warm up, even though it was bluer skys at the rnd Todays Goodgym runners Alina and Rachel, well done ❤️
