Celebrating 600 events here at Catton Parkrun with 405 people attending including a large number of those who attended the very first one! we had 5 Goodgymers volunteering & Alina, Maddy (&bump), Roisin, Rachel, Kathryn, Emily, Brad Goodgymers all running today.

366 people braving the searing weather 24 degrees at 08.30! Frankie & I welcomed 2 new Goodymers on their first Goodgym Mission. Well done see you again we were so busy helping our new recruits i forgot to take a photo!

Despite some rain early this morning it was still hot at 08.15 when Frankie & i arrived for volunteering. Thank goodness most of the 274 people brought extra hydration with them. Alina, Emily, Brad & Stephen R were the Goodgymers finding their way around Catton while Frankie & I were on Token duty & wow it was hot!

phew it was hot! but 390 people still turned out to run/jog/walk around the park. it was very difficult in the heat for volunteers also, except if you were in the woods which was cool. Roisin found a food way to carry all the equipment needed for the Church Street turn by using her cycle to transport everything, she even cycled up the pathway, well done it was a great balancing act.
