Today saw 7 goodgymers get up early and head to encourage the next runners at junior parkrun.

We saw a great 152 out today, as we cheered, high fived, handed out finish tokens and scanned those barcodes.

A total of 25 new PBs, and a great 16 first timers.

Now to warm up with a coffee...
