Gabriele earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Gabriele completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Gabriele was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Southwark Report written by Laura Grant
We had a great session at Surrey Docks Farm once more. On arrival, Taskowner, Kate, assigned us various tasks. Jeni and Abby packaged manure, filling 17 large bags in total. Kate was very impressed 💪. Monica and Gabriele swept the pathway and tidied up. Lucia, Marta and Laura tidied some shelving to help the local cafe before learning the farm’s secret recipe to mix the perfect compost. After 90 minute’s hard work, we were treated to some downtime with the goats who were busy demolishing a Christmas tree. 🎄 🐐 Nothing goes to waste on the farm! After a quick tour round the shop, which Kate opened specially for us, we headed off home. Extra cheer for Abby for her first GG mission. We are all looking forward to returning to the farm soon 😀.

Greenwich Report written by Alex Murtough (he/him)
Garden parties do seem all the rage at the moment. Well, for the moment and the last couple of years apparently.
And to celebrate their popularity, as well as the dark and the cold, we held our very own garden party yesterday evening.
Now don't get too worried. Because we are an exceptionally compliant and punctilious group in Greenwich - so much so that we went to great lengths to make sure we didn't breach any rules. So for the avoidance of any doubt:
But where was I? And have you made it this far? If you have, I am sorry for the silliness, especially because I have a wonderful evening of good-deeding to be reporting.
Last night, an intrepid group of familiar faces and new friends (welcome Gabriele and Chris!) travelled from Charlton to Woolwich (sharing stories en route) to visit Glyndon Community Centre. The Centre's become a firm friend of the Greenwich group over the last 6 months and if you do ever pass it, you'll be likely to hear music and see dancing as the local community bustle creatively in its space.
Over 25 minutes, we packed bags of leaves, picked sacks of litter, and trimmed neat streams off of the front hedgerow. Manual work can feel quick and happy when you're with friends, and last night's task felt as super quick as it always does with this group.
A big thank you to everyone who joined and made a difference, as well as a January evening warm and fun, last night.
Nice one.
