Jack Willans cheered by other people 25 times.
Jack is part of a crowd that's making a huge noise. Jack has been cheered by 25 people - that's a round of applause just on their own. We hope they keep it up.

Richmond Report written by Ken MacKenzie
Nine GoodGymers met in Richmond with Sam who led us on a warmup and an easy run along the River Thames to Petersham Common on Monday night the 21 November. We met Ken on the Common to put a bulb in….1,000 bulbs! We were given quick directions on what the task was and got stuck in digging a trench before we planted the 1,000 daffodil bulbs called tete-a-tete. These are very early dainty yellow daffodil bulbs that will mark the return of Spring. In no time we had dug the trench and set about planting the 1,000 bulbs screwing them gently into their new sockets to prepare them to come on full in a with a vibrant splash of yellow in early spring. We backfilled the trench and stomped the soil to ensure the bulbs were in full contact with the soil to grow. With a quick cheer we soon packed up the tools and departed running back into the night to Richmond with Jack leading the way home.

Jack Willans completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Jack has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

Despite driving rain to start the task, the group ran, cycled and walked their way to Whitton Youth Zone to do some gardening.
We have been there a number of times, but not for a while, and the weeds had taken advantage of our absence by growing rather too happily alongside paths and in beds! The group got to work pulling, digging, bordering, sweeping and tidying so that less than an hour later, it looked great!
It was all a bit dark for photos but we managed to get one in the dry in front of the centre's epic mural before heading off for a thankfully drier journey home!
This Saturday we are down at the glorious Richmond Riverside to sand and oil the doors of the boating scouts' boathouse. Next Monday we will be back there for a second coat, along with some special Halloween fitness fun!
