Six Coventry Goodgymers braved the cold and damp on a Tuesday evening for a group run.
With two on bikes and four runners, we set off on our run/cycle and did a large loop and some smaller loops in and around the city centre whilst having a chat and catch up. We finished our run with some speedy reps next to Starley Gardens and then had a good stretch to finish. Our total distance for the evening was 4.5km/almost 3 miles. The cyclists did two full laps of the city centre and joined us for a photo at the end.
Lovely to see you all, see you at the same time next week!

James done 100 good deeds with GoodGym.
James has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, James has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations James.
