Luton Report written by Martin R
4 of Luton Goodgyms finest came together on a rather warm Sunday morning to help Debra from 9Red CiC reorganise one of her storage sites. The garage was a real Aladdin's cave of costumes, cookware, projectors, gardening equipment, children's arts and craft materials and there was even a 3D printer. We arrived to see what looked like a shut the door and worry about it later scenario (much like if my wife asks me to put the clean towels away at home). But Luton Goodgym soon got to grips with the erratic stacking of boxes and phenomenal balancing acts that were going on in the lock up and after pulling 99% of the contents out it was all put back in neatly, everything had its own space and it was all left very accessible.
There was also a chance for Laura to spread her wings and live life as a butterfly 🦋 for a short time.
Debra was extremely grateful and I'm sure we'll be working with her again soon.
Great effort team, 👌 what a really great task.

GoodGym – April Plogging Report
It’s been fantastic to see 12 members take part in our April plogging initiative—an open, rolling event encouraging litter picking while walking or running. This flexible format allowed members to contribute in their own time, either solo or with a friend, making it easy to stay active, connected, and community-minded.
By taking just 20 minutes to clean up their local area, members made a visible difference to our streets, parks, and paths—while also enjoying the physical and mental benefits of being outdoors and moving with purpose. The event has highlighted how small, self-led acts can build momentum for wider community pride and environmental care.
Thank you to everyone who took part and shared photos—we look forward to continuing these small but powerful missions!

Brilliant stuff! I added a couple of pics from a session I did with Pauline and her North Finchley crew - a lovely group that go out on the first Wednesday of the month near me.
