Great turnout this evening at the Paddington Rec Track. Loads of guides vs VI runners so guides doubling up with the runners. Double guide or double Trouble around rhe track? At least the runners were protected from the track Mafioso. Congrats Maria on reaching 100 good deeds tonight.

Two GoodGym volunteers collected surplus food from Gail’s on Buckingham Palace Road and delivered it to Under One Sky at Victoria Station. Instead of going to waste, the food was shared with people experiencing homelessness, turning surplus into support. A simple task with a big impact, proving that food is too good to waste and kindness is always worth sharing.

Today, wasn't just about moving bags, it was about people showing up for each other. Two GoodGym volunteers formed a human chain with Traid staff on a narrow winding staircase, passing over 70 bags hand to hand with care and determination. Step by step, bag by bag, they helped bring everything up to the shop floor so Traid staff could get clothes back on the rails. A small team, a bif effort and a powerful reminder of what can happen when people come together.
