A few GoodGym members came online to do yoga.
yoga talk
Yoga is a fantastic complement to running, helping to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and breathing efficiency—all essential for better performance and injury prevention. Regular yoga practice can increase range of motion, reducing stiffness in key running muscles like the hamstrings, calves, and hip flexors. It also builds core strength and stability, improving posture and running efficiency.
Beyond the physical benefits, yoga enhances mental focus and relaxation, helping runners develop better breath control and manage race-day nerves or long-run fatigue. Incorporating yoga into your routine can lead to fewer injuries, faster recovery, and a smoother, more efficient stride.
