Mr S will benefit from the door bell as sometimes he cannot hear when people knock on the door, majority of the time visitors need to ring him, on his busy street. he will benefit form his letter box being fitted as his mail does not always get delivered and the space where the letter box should be, makes his home cold.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
