Everyone at the cafe today got so busy we barely had time to munch! Thanks to all goodgymers ( Gloria, Emmanuel, Angel, Abim and Rev. Charmaine) present to support with serving large number of attendees and cleaning up.

We had a great time boogeying, singing, hosting, serving, cleaning up and helping everyone to feel positive on what started as a rainy morning. Thanks to all our singers and helpers! Great choc orange cake by Hyacinth!

Today at the cafe went on so well as usual. With plenty of snacks , drinks and exercises to burn out the calories! A job Weldone by all threee goodgymers present.

Two goodgymers joined with volunteers from Sundon Baptist Church supported participants at the cafe today to help with entertainment and cleaning.

Three Goodgym Luton members were present at the cafe today to help set up, entertain attendees and keep venue clean after use.
