4 GoodGymers met under a beautiful rainbow to time, cheer and scan the barcodes at the Junior Park Run this morning. 83 hardy young runners set off in heavy rain, but finished their 2km run in glorious sunshine.

As always a great way to start a Sunday morning, knowing we've made a difference for the young people and their families.

3 GoodGymers helped 106 young runners to start their Sunday off well with a Park Run at Old Heath Rec.

Ruth cheered them on while making sure they were safe and Frazer and Louise were on timekeeping duty so that they could see how fast they'd run. For 27 of them it was a new PB.

Lovely to meet Ruth for the first time. Sorry I didn't catch you at the end. I also failed to take a photo, hence the suspiciously summery one being attached!

2 GoodGymers met at the Mercury Theatre and headed down to the River to pick up as much litter as possible before the darkness hit and it became too difficult to identify what was litter and what was a feather/leaf/part of the street furniture.

It was lovely to meet Sandra, I very much enjoyed our conversation as we worked!

2 GoodGymers swept and mopped the FoodBank floor.
