6 Fitness Seekers pummelled 60 minutes for Running Fitness in Vauxhall!!
A almost perfect Thursday evening met up and even better we had the whole flood lite court to ourselves!!
Starting off getting nice and warm with a range of mobility drills to get our minds and bodies switched on. Before moving onto some running form drills really focusing on working on limiting any lateral movement and crossing.
After each drill we reinforced the new form with some smooth running to try and get it imbedded into our movement patterns.
A burst of 5 minutes of forward leaning strides got us landing under our bodies and feeling some speed. Before we switched attacks and worked our strength and conditioning with some lower body exercises and some basketball based fitness games!
Finishing off with some CV and leg strength circuits and some much needed stretching.
A top Fitness 4 All Evening was had by all!!
