Even if some dogs don't enjoy a wet and muddy walk, they all love a towel cuddle afterwards!
Well done to everyone who donated their old towels for the dogs at Stubbington Ark.

Kudos to GoodGymers who exercised outdoors today - there was plenty of weather to contend with.
And bravo to the clever ones who managed to dodge the worst of the weather and spotted rainbows instead!

Portsmouth GoodGymers were motivated to run, walk or cycle wherever they were, and whenever they could fit it in.
On-island; off-island; or even in Ireland... the miles were eaten up and the Get Fit mantra was fulfilled.

"Eh-oh!" Goodgymers have lots of tubby lovers - that is, their friends and colleagues love a tub of chocolates at Xmas time!
We collected stacks of the colourful plastic tubs, for shredding and re-forming to be used "Again, again"!
"Big hug!" to Sinéad for her mountain of plastic tubs from friends and colleagues.
We switched our donations from Final Straw (who are not shredding this year) to Greene King's Tub to Pub. Some GoodGymers took a trip to the pub to drop off their tubs. The rest will be delivered on our Emsworth outing later this week.
As long as the single-use plastic gets a second-use, we're happy to say "Tubby bye-bye"!

Our first visit to Eastney junior parkrun this year was a pretty special one - Mini GGer Alice reached her 100 run milestone, and received a special wristband. Well done, Alice!
John, Vicki and Dave cheered the runners from their marshal spots, whilst Aoife and our latest Mini GGer, Aida, patrolled the course. Lucy turned her hand to barcode scanning, and did a super job!
Well done everyone for your efforts on a chilly morning.
For added fun, please play Spot the Difference from our group photos this morning - there are five to find!

HIVE Portsmouth asked for donations of used Christmas cards to make into gift tags for next year's festivities. They will be used for the parcel wrapping by volunteers in the shopping centre in December.
GoodGymers took down the cards from the fireplace and workplace and delivered them to the HIVE desk.
