On Sunday evening, Niki & Harry collected breakfast and dinner items and delivered them to a homeless shelter in Golders Green. Harry kindly stayed behind and helped to distribute the food packages. Shout out to Paul for organising the mission!

Four Goodgym Runner‘s met to assist Parkland friends (Muswell Hill section) to litter pick. They asked us to work as a group removing rubbish from the bushes and banks at the side of the path. The Sun was out as well as the bluebells! If you haven’t been it’s worth a visit with fantastic views over East London. It’s good to be back doing some good!

Three goodGym members met at Stephens house and gardens for a gentle 2km run. It was a beautiful day as we ran through the local park and down some back alleys to get to Gleblands where we meet with Kat ready and waiting with her litter picker. We got to work and within an hour we had four bags of rubbish. Job done we headed home.

We had come to help Mrs M daughter to prepare the house for her arrival back from hospital. Harry had just come from helping at the local Foodbank and I arrived on my bike. Mrs Ms single bed needed to be brought down to the living room and two rather large armchairs had to be taken upstairs. Made slightly more tricky by the narrow staircase and chairlift we eventually completed our mission.
