Today we litter-picked in two shifts:
Shift 1 was Katie CR, Louisa & Judy - successfully clearing litter from Car Park 2 at Farlington Marshes.
Shift 2 was Yvonne, Judy and new GG member Lisa . Lisa has previously joined us for a beach clean, but this was her first official task, already wearing the GG t shirt (give her a cheer!) We cleared Car Park 1.
Result: some thank-yous from Sunday walkers, and 2 bags & a purple bucket of recycling, as well as several huge bags of rubbish.
Well done, shift workers!

Today's run was an exploration of the new footpath along the Eastern Road sea defences.
We kept it simple with an out and back running at whatever pace we wanted.
