Usual spots where rubbish is dumped and GG on top of it but becoming a normal thing. Personal walk or run and usual litterpicking on my routes like most of us.

Sunny? On a bank holiday? We could not quite beleaf it!
Still, while others may have opted to soak up the rays in the park or enjoy a tipple in a shady beer garden, four GoodGymers decided to spend their lunchtime having a positive impact at a local community space.
We enjoyed a brisk run down to Christchurch gardens, a public space and church which is home to a church hall, park and nursery. They have a number of mature plane trees which, though beautiful and pollution-combating, do drop a lot of leaves which stop the grass from growing and become slippy when wet.
In what is technically known as a 'two-fer', our job yesterday was not only going to help out Christchurch community garden by clearing the leaves, but in a couple of weeks we're going to be transporting them to Doddington community garden so they can be mulched and used next year for nutrient rich growing matter. Win win!
Over the space of 45 minutes we gathered 10 huge 80 litre bags of leaves. Not bad going! Job done we headed off our separate ways to enjoy the sun and that post GG buzz...
