24 GoodGymers have supported Great Salterns parkrun with 18 tasks.

It was real Goodgym teamwork with Sinéad cheering the runners on, Samantha and Jane scanning their barcodes and Dave sorting the finish tokens, after running round the course.
We cheered the runner who wore a sash to celebrate her 200th parkrun at the 222nd Great Salterns very muddy parkrun. She ran with her sisters who were dressed in tutus - luckily they didn't go as far as to wear ballet shoes!
We also gave a big cheer to all the dogs taking part!

It was a Goodgym takeover this morning!
Katie sped around the muddy course.
Andy, Judy, Katie and Nene cheered the runners on.
Vicki and John park walked around the course.
Samantha and Dave tail walked to make sure no-one was last.
Then Jane scanned the runners barcodes before they went on their way.

Great running and volunteering efforts at parkrun today!
We had Jen (timekeeper), Jane (scanner) and Dave (tokens) representing GG in the Funnel Squad, whilst Andy kept runners in check as a marshal whilst Sammy successfully managed to keep up with another very nippy parkwalker!
Well done to today's runners, Sinéad, Wilson and Nene - hope you logged your kms for the January Challenge!

Our parkrun visit today took us to Great Salterns to lend a helping hand.
Jen and mini GG-er Alice ensured everyone got their correct finish token. And after a rather speedy run, Dave and Billy sorted the tokens into order and placed them back on the string for next week!

Laura and I enjoyed helping out at Great Salterns Parkrun, giving out finish tokens and barcode scanning.
It's a lovely setting - with the open green space, the trees and the new colourful wildflower meadow.

It was a humid, hot and rainy parkrun this morning. Fewer people than last week, definitely due to the conditions... Some of the puddles even made a return to the course. Fortunately no thunder and lightning.
94 Finish tokens were handed out to some very sweaty runners!
