After a short-notice RD shift, Jen recruited Dave, Nia and Tracey answered her call to help with filling the roster. We also got to celebrate the first outing of Nia's black GG t-shirt - nice one, Nia!

Mini GGer Jack was planning to run, but after deciding he didn't really fancy it (we've all been there, Jack!) he and Laura got stuck into Token Sorting, which was a great help!

Whilst taking our GG photo at the end of the session, fellow Eastney Juniors RD Rob disclosed he's been signed up to GoodGym for years, but never made a session. So, he has now officially completed his first Good Deed - hopefully the first of many!

Kudos to GoodGymers who exercised outdoors today - there was plenty of weather to contend with.

And bravo to the clever ones who managed to dodge the worst of the weather and spotted rainbows instead!

Ourselves and some members of the public questioned the ligic of others. You've brought the poo bag, done the lovely job of grabbing up the deed and tying it up. And then just discard it in a bush! Decomposing times unknown it does feel it would be more beneficial to just leave it!!!

Otherwise it was a standard pick, with a cardigan the token piece of clothing!!!
